The Lev Yerushalaim Hotel is located between two of the central plazas of the new city of Jerusalem – the Rejwan Plaza and the plaza marked by the reconstructed gate of Talitha Kumi, both with a multitude of shops, banks, cafes and places to sit and admire the vivid scenery of downtown Jerusalem.
Our Guests can reach most of the tourist sites on foot, with a walk of between 15 and 30 minutes. Major bus routes go right by the hotel and taxis are plentiful.
Easily accessible are the Old City with its religious and archeological sites, the Great Synagogue, the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, the Ben Yehuda 'Shuk' or outdoor market, the ultra-orthodox quarters of Geula and Mea Shearim, and the funky Emek Refaim district. Also close by are national government ministries and the complex of museums.
The hotel address is 18 King George Street – at the top of the Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Mall - but is even more accessible from Eliash Street (parallel to King George) where there are several parking garages and lots and where the hotel has a parking rate agreement - You can call the hotel when you arrive and we will send a bellboy to Eliash Street to assist with your baggage.
